Every A-10 HotShot™ Cartridge Filler Machine is designed, engineered, and Made in The USA by CoolJarz ourselves in Tustin, California. The chassis of our cart filling machine is made from high-grade aluminum that brings the quality, strength, and durability expected from CoolJarz. Each HotShot™ is hand-assembled and tested in-house. We have each filler shoot over 25,000 test shots before it is deemed ready for the consumer. To top everything off, there is a 2-year warranty on all aluminum components of the HotShot™ as well as a 1-year warranty on all electronic components and piston seals. If you run into any trouble with your machine, bring it in and we'll take care of maintenance.

What's included with the HotShot 1500 Cartridge Filler?

The A-10 Hotshot comes with everything you will need to start filling cartridges as soon as it arrives. You’ll receive the main chassis of the HotShot filler, this comes pre-assembled for you. 1 Non-Stick Oil Tank. 1 Bottle of Heat Transfer Fluid. This will be used before starting your first batch and repeated about once every 6 months. The Anova heating element, 2 Speed Trays, 1 Foot Pedal. A toolbox with extra parts. A power adapter for the main unit and a Detailed Instruction Sheet on how to set up your Hotshot.

What Cartridges can the HotShot™ 1500 fill?

The A-10 HotShot™ is a powerful machine built to fill distillate and concentrate cartridges with ease. Our HotShot™ works with all 510 cartridges and popular brands like CCell and KandyPens. This oil filler can fill pods as well. Pax Era and those similar to them will work great. This semi-automatic filler machine is even compatible with disposable cartridges and nicotine e-juice cartridges. The HotShot™ has an Ultra-high-speed processor and advanced oil injection system with a wide range of fully-controllable heat settings. This gives our machine the ability to fill liquid viscosities from olive oil to glycerine and even honey. The advanced heating system allows you to process distillate oils cut at 3 percent terpenes. Our semi-automatic filler can also dispense oil in increments anywhere from .33 ml to 1.5 ml with a .01 gram increment control. The HotShot™ is fast enough to easily fill around 12,000 carts within a single workday with one machine. No more messing around with manual cartridge filler syringes.

Our cartridge filling machine has one of the shortest oil travel paths in the industry which makes for nearly zero waste. Each tank is designed to flow through a short valve straight into the filling needle. That means no long tubes clogging up and wasting your product. Large box, automatic filler machines are notorious for time and money-consuming malfunctions. Large syringes are often only capable of holding up to 25ml within themselves. The HotShot 1500 tank can hold over 1000ml of oil. There are two blazing-fast filling options: a new button-activated SpeedTray™ and a foot-activated fill switch. You’ll be able to fill your carts directly while still in their vendor-supplied foam blocks. Using the HotShot is easy with our touchscreen user interface which makes the process as simple as possible.
