The short angled tip needle is great for pod systems and cartridges that have very narrow openings.  The angled tip allows you to pierce through a silicon membrane if needed.  You can use it with our 1st-generation filling machine, the A-10 Filler and our next generation series, the HotShot™ 1500 / 750 and HotShot™ Pro.
