Custom sized to your exact diameter outside of our 5 stock sizes.  The possibilities are endless - round, square, rectangular.  Nearly any size from 1/2" to well over 3" inside diameter. Simply purchase the Custom Shrink Sleeve Sealing Machine Steam Head and we will custom design a steam head around your specific packaging (we will need samples of your packaging). Turnaround time is approximately 10-14 business days once we have your sample package.  

SST Steam Heads are made to go interchangeably with our shrink sleeve machine so users can quickly switch between container sizes with no inconvenience. The steam head itself serves as a small and quick steam tunnel for containers with shrink sleeves to pass through fully sleeved. This is an upgrade from the slow conveyor belt style “portable” shrink sleeve tunnels and heat guns. They are also engineered to capture and funnel excess moisture back into the water reservoir to eliminate most of the condensation from dripping out of the head.

About the CoolJarz™ SST Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine

The CoolJarz™ SST is a compact and portable alternative to large, room-sized steam tunnels typically used for shrink-sleeve labeling. With a footprint of only 4 square feet for operation and a table space requirement of 2 square feet, the SST offers efficiency without occupying much space. It provides performance comparable to automatic industrial sleeving machines without the bulk. The SST allows for easy container sleeving by dropping them down the steam-head tunnel in just one second. It is compatible with shrink-sleeve bands, partial, and full-body labels. The SST requires no recalibration – turn it on and start sleeving.
